Please complete this form to request food pantry support for the 2nd & 4th Saturday Distribution Program. The program is free to all. Participants may choose pickup. Participants age 60 and older, or those with mobility impairments, may request transportation assistance through Solano Transportation Authority.

Eligibility: The MCBC Food Pantry program is free to all. Pickup is available to all approved participants.

Transportation Assistance: Participants age 60 and older, or those with mobility impairments, may qualify for free transportation through Solano Transportation Authority. Participants must call STA at 800-535-6883 on the 2nd Saturday or 4th Saturday early morning to confirm their ride to arrive within the 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM distribution window. Transportation arrangements and provider selection, including STA, Lyft, or Uber, are determined solely by Solano Transportation based on eligibility, availability, and program guidelines. All others must pick up.
