Mount Calvary Baptist Church - Prison Ministry
One Church two locations, A Multi-Ethnic Ministry

The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. -2 Peter 3:9(NIV)

The Mount Calvary Baptist Church (MCBC) Prison Ministry is a vibrant and fruitful vineyard of God-fearing disciples for Christ. It is our prayer to be instrumental in turning individuals away from the gates of incarceration. The relapse rate for an ex-offender is 70 percent. In order to decrease this percentage, Mount Calvary has partnered up with families of ministries at Mount Calvary and community based organizations who are dedicated to assisting families.

MCBC Prison Ministry meets at Mount Calvary Fairfield Campus every 4th Saturday of the month. Areas within the ministry:

Christian Brotherhood Christ-Sees Hotline: Bro. Anthony Gillis, Section Lead and Bro. Levi Hardwick
24-7 Hotline provides parolees an alternative choice when the demands of life become overwhelming and unbearable. The 24-7 Hotline wants to provide parolees the opportunity to stop and consider the consequences of his or her decisions and action; to keep parolees from returning into the correctional system. We seek to provide life-changing experiences of worship.

Keep The FOCUS Group: Sis. Rita Alexander, Section Lead; Rev. Douglas Beecher; Min. David Derf; Bro. Anthony Gillis
